Grand Cayman: Drive To Botanical Gardens

Today we drove around the East End down to Frank Sound Road and up to the botanical gardens, then back down and way over to Cobalt Coast. So the beginning was basically the same drive I did alone, with a stop at the Garden. We saw so much I'm splitting it up, this is the drive to the garden. First we spotted this heron, I think it's a little blue heron.

When we stopped to take a look this West Indian wood- pecker flitted over and posed for us, ready for its close-up. At the first water hole on Frank Sound road, we saw lots of these cattle egrets and this lonely American coot. Across the way was this chicken (they were all over) with her chicks. At the bigger water hole this frigate flew over several times.
